With the v41.00.00 release of IRONSCALES, we are pleased to announce the following product improvements and new features:
Terminology and ordering changes in the top menu
To improve the intuitiveness and learnability of the product by using simple and concrete terms and improving the hierarchy of the navigation, the top menu options have been renamed and re-ordered.
The icons of the top menu options have been changed to reflect each option better.
- "Resolution Center" has been renamed to "Incidents"
- "Awareness Center" has been renamed to "Simulation & Training"
- "Protected Mailboxes" has been renamed to "Mailboxes"
New top-level menu
Terminology and ordering changes in the "Home" left menu
To improve the intuitiveness and learnability of the product by using simple and concrete terms and improving the hierarchy of the navigation, the Home left menu options have been renamed and re-ordered.
- Removed “Dashboards” top hierarchy
- “Home” has been renamed to “Overview” and moved to a first-level option
- “Threat Protection” has been renamed to “Incident Summary” and moved to a first-level option
- “Phishing Simulator” has been renamed to “Simulation & Training Summary” and moved to a first-level option
New Home left menu

Terminology changes in the Incident Details screen
To improve the intuitiveness and comprehensibility of the incident details screen, we've applied the following terminology changes:1. Classification Buttons
"Phishing Attack" button has been renamed to "Phishing" (to be consistent with "Spam" terminology that doesn't include "Attack").
2. Themis Confidence
"Unsure" confidence level has been renamed to "Low".
3. IRONSCALES Community Confidence
If the outcome of the Community is (1) “Conflicted” or (2) “No Data”, the Confidence text will be removed:
The explanatory text will remain to provide additional details.
Enhanced Help Menu
The Help button on the top menu, will now include additional options. It will open a sub-menu with the following options:
Help Center - will open the IRONSCALES Knowledge Base in a new browser tab.
Product Updates - Will open the latest release notes in a new browser tab. It will also include an indication of new recent release update. This indication will be automatically removed after 7 days.
Leave Us a Message - Will allow you to open a new ticket in a new browser tab.

Status page enables us to communicate incidents, scheduled maintenances and downtimes with you, our customers. The status page can be viewed at https://status.ironscales.com/.
Customer can sign up to receive email updates when IRONSCALES creates, updates or resolves an incident.
