Job responsiblities

  • Provide a high-grade service of technical support to IRONSCALES customers
  • Technical support will be delivered by phone, emails, ticketing system and websessions to IRONSCALES customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Answer all customers technical queries efficiently, politely, and directly.
  • Log and monitor all interactions in Zendesk and JIRA
  • Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Self-investigate and troubleshoot TIER 1 and 2 support queries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Work closely with product, R&D and Customer Success teams



  • 1+ years of experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge and background - with a passion to serve – must
  • Team player, problem solving, time management, verbal, and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
  • Ability to perform an effective customer escalation process
  • Ability to work independently, on a team, and in a fast-paced environment
  • High motivation, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success
  • Technical orientation:
  • ▪Understanding of basic networking concepts (protocols, routing, gateways)
    ▪ Troubleshooting skills
    ▪ Create and maintain troubleshooting articles
