Eyal Benishti, CEO

Eyal Benishti is the CEO and Founder of IRONSCALES, pioneering the world’s first self-learning email security solution to combat advanced phishing, BEC, and account takeover attacks.

With over 15 years in the software industry, Eyal has held roles as a security researcher and malware analyst at Radware and a technical lead for information security solutions at Imperva. He also held R&D positions at Comverse and Amdocs.

Eyal earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and has been passionate about cybersecurity from a young age.

Glenn Trulock is the Chief Financial Officer of IRONSCALES, overseeing the company's financial management and operations. With over 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, he previously served as Vice President of FP&A and Vice President of Commercial Pricing at nThrive, a healthcare revenue management company. Prior to nThrive, Glenn held various pricing and accounting leadership roles at MedAssets.

Glenn is a financial leader and strategic partner driving growth and profitability. His expertise includes leadership, process improvement, team building, financial systems, ERP, CRM, forecasting, reporting, and data management.

Steve McKenzie, COO

Steve McKenzie is the Chief Operating Officer of IRONSCALES, responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning the company's go-to-market, customer success, and revenue functions to support continued growth.

Steve brings over two decades of enterprise SaaS experience, including more than nine years at Mimecast, where he held senior leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, and customer success. Most recently, Steve served as Chief Customer & Revenue Officer at LinkSquares, with overall responsibility for marketing, sales, customer success, services, and support.

Steve earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Town and is also an active investor and advisor to founders and GTM leaders.

Steve Malone is the Chief Product & Strategy Officer of IRONSCALES, responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction and accelerating growth. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, and product leadership, Steve brings deep expertise in scaling organizations and aligning product, market, and go-to-market strategies.

Before joining IRONSCALES, Steve served as Vice President of Product at Egress Software Technologies, where he unified the product portfolio and helped guide the company through growth and acquisition by KnowBe4. Prior to Egress, he spent over eight years at Mimecast as Director of Product Management, launching major email security product lines and contributing to three successful acquisitions. Steve is a named inventor on five U.S. patents, and has presented at Black Hat, RSA Conference, and InfoSecurity Europe.

Laura Beaulieu is the Chief Marketing Officer of IRONSCALES, responsible for the company’s brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. She leads the marketing organization as IRONSCALES enters its next phase of growth, telling the story of how AI is changing trust in business communication and why IRONSCALES is built to lead it.

Laura has built and scaled marketing organizations across B2B SaaS, including fintech, legal tech, and wealth tech, where earning trust is central to growth. She is also an instructor and conference speaker on AI-native marketing, helping go-to-market teams build human and AI agentic teams.

Laura’s leadership helps IRONSCALES move at the speed of its category, combining sharp strategy with automation so the team can focus on the work that takes judgment.

Amit Bluman, SVP, R&D

Amit Bluman, SVP of R&D, leads the global R&D organization at IRONSCALES, responsible for advancing the AI-powered platform that protects enterprises from phishing, business email compromise, deepfakes, account takeover, and outbound data loss. He focuses on scaling high-performing engineering teams and evolving R&D into a next-generation operating model where human expertise and intelligent agents work side by side.

With more than 25 years in technology, Amit combines engineering depth, product thinking, and close customer engagement, with a strong track record of delivering innovative, large-scale enterprise products. Before IRONSCALES, he served as SVP of Engineering at Logz.io, where he led development of an AI-first observability platform. He also spent more than a decade at Totango, growing from Director of Data and Analytics Product Management to SVP of Engineering. Earlier in his career, he was CTO and CPO at Edge.BI. Amit holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Amit is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional value. His R&D leadership ensures IRONSCALES keeps delivering technology that helps customers stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated threats.
