As Chief Executive Officer at IRONSCALES, Eyal Benishti pioneered the development of the world’s first self-learning anti-phishing email security solution that combines human intelligence and machine learning technologies for automatic prevention, detection and autonomous incident response to cyber-attacks in real time. Under Eyal’s leadership, IRONSCALES has filed four patents for anti-phishing and email security solutions and secured three funding rounds from K1 and Israel’s RDSeed totaling more than $20 million. IRONSCALES has received numerous awards, including Frost & Sullivan’s AI-Powered Email Security Innovation Award and Best Enterprise Email Security Solution by the Cybersecurity Breakthrough Awards.
Eyal brings to his executive leadership role nearly 15 years of software industry experience with enterprise and startup companies. Prior to founding IRONSCALES in 2013, he was a security researcher and malware analyst at Radware and worked as technical lead for various information security solutions at Imperva. Previously, he held a variety of R&D roles with Comverse and Amdocs. A passionate cybersecurity researcher from a young age, Eyal earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
As Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Matthew brings over 25 years of sales and operational leadership experience. Before joining IRONSCALES, he served as the Senior Vice President of International Sales for KnowBe4, a security awareness training provider.
Prior to that, Matthew was the Senior Director of Global Sales and Solutions at Tribridge, one of the largest Microsoft resellers and integrators in the US. Matthew began his career with a stint on Wall Street, then transitioned to management consulting which led to his career as a technology sales executive. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in political science.
He is married to his wife Stephanie and a proud father of twin boys. As a native Floridian, he enjoys saltwater fishing, recreational boating, traveling, fitness, philanthropy and keeping up with the local business community.
Tristan Bishop leads IRONSCALES’ global integrated marketing, including strategy, brand, communications, product and solutions marketing, partner and channel marketing, field marketing, digital and social marketing and, ultimately, demand generation. Directly prior to joining IRONSCALES, Bishop served as Vice President of Digital Marketing at New Relic. Before that, he served in Marketing and Communication leadership roles at ServiceNow, Informatica and Symantec. Tristan is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a volunteer leader of Unity Players Inc., Tristan and his family produce musical theater events to raise money for foster group homes.
Erez Fingerman has more than 20 years of research and development leadership experience with technology and cybersecurity firms. Prior to joining IRONSCALES in 2017, Erez served as head of the project management office (PMO) for Check Point Software Technologies and Comverse. Erez attended Sela College in Israel and holds a Project Management Diploma from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Earlier in his career, Erez served in a special forces unit with the Israel Defense Forces.
As Chief Noise Officer and Head of Marketing, Brendon Rod oversees branding, marketing communications, channel marketing, demand generation and marketing operations for IRONSCALES. Prior to joining IRONSCALES in June 2016, he held a variety of marketing roles at technology startups and financial services firms..
As Customer Success and Support Team Leader, Naama is responsible for onboarding and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey. Prior to joining IRONSCALES in 2017, she served in project management roles at ITLogic and Payoneer R&D Ltd. Previously, she was appointed Israel Fellow with Hillel International, where she served as Director of Israel Engagement and Programs for the Jewish Agency Emissary in Tucson, Arizona. Naama earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Ben Gurion University. She also served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Captain and Mandatory Maintenance Officer with Israel’s Reserved Home Front Command Headquarters.
Kellen Haines has served on the IRONSCALES Board of Directors since 2017. At K1, he is a deal lead, with responsibility for driving new investments and supporting current software portfolio companies. Before joining K1 in 2013, Kellen worked at Utility Consulting Group, Northrop Grumman and Merrill Lynch. Kellen received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. At USC, he served in student government roles and provided pro-bono consulting services for non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles area.
Christian Grant has served on the IRONSCALES Board of Directors since 2019. At K1, he is responsible for driving new investments and supporting current software portfolio companies. Previously, Christian worked at Colony Capital, a real estate and investment management firm, SinoLatin Capital, and UBS. Christian graduated with honors from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. At USC, he was involved in various groups within the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
