What You Will Do:   IRONSCALES is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, Commercial/SMB Regional Account Manager who is on a mission to exceed sales goals and experience great success with uncapped potential. This position requires an autonomous, upbeat team player with a proven track record of executing, successfully scaling up, and building pipeline. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, fast paced growth environment.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate and continue to enhance a pipeline of sales opportunities to reach quarterly and annual budgets resulting in your uncapped earnings.
  • Manage all inbound leads in an orderly and timely manner to convert into qualified opportunities.
  • Identify, target, qualify, and engage with organizations across all industries through outbound sales calls while enjoying the thrill of the hunt.
  • Manage every step of the sales process within SFDC while reinforcing the efficacy of our solution and its differentiation from other providers.
  • Work with all company resources to prepare, present, and deliver best in class service and execution.
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to engineering and product teams.


What We Need from You:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales and business development experience, cyber security is a huge plus.
  • Experience with threat intelligence, incident response, SOC environments, and security awareness for users.
  • Excellent communication and ability to present value proposition to every level of leadership.
  • Proven experience serving as a subject matter expert in presentations through Challenger Sales Model.
  • Strong SFDC and LinkedIn skills: Working knowledge of DemandBase, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft is a mega bonus.
  • Proven contributor with verification of consistent quota attainment.
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up, early-stage growth company experience
