Meet the IRONSCALES Executive Team.
As Chief Executive Officer at IRONSCALES, Eyal Benishti pioneered the development of the world’s first self-learning email security solution that combines AI, machine learning, and human insights to automatically stop advanced phishing, BEC, and account takeover attacks.
Eyal brings to his executive leadership role over 15 years of software industry experience with enterprise and startup companies. Prior to founding IRONSCALES in 2013, he was a security researcher and malware analyst at Radware and worked as technical lead for various information security solutions at Imperva.
Previously, he held a variety of R&D roles with Comverse and Amdocs. A passionate cybersecurity researcher from a young age, Eyal earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Glenn Trulock is the Chief Financial Officer for IRONSCALES responsible for the financial management of the company. Previously, he served as Vice President of FP&A at FinThrive which is an end-to-end healthcare revenue management company. Glenn brings over 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience to the team.
Russell McGuire is an experienced and successful executive with a track record of driving growth in competitive markets. He has over 15 years of experience as a strategic leader, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering results.
Throughout his career, McGuire has demonstrated an ability to create, develop, and lead high-performance teams to achieve their full potential. As a sales leader, he is highly experienced in top methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Miller Heiman.
McGuire is passionate about building a positive work environment where his team members feel valued and supported in achieving their goals. He celebrates every victory, big or small, and creates a culture of success that motivates his team to perform at their best.
Grant Ho is an innovative marketing executive with deep experience scaling high-growth, enterprise software companies.
As CMO of IRONSCALES, Grant oversees the company’s global marketing strategy and execution to drive category leadership in the integrated cloud email security market. This includes demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, and corporate communications and brand.
Before IRONSCALES, he was CMO of Domino Data Lab, the leading enterprise MLOps platform provider powering data science teams at Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Domino, he served as CMO at CloudBolt Software, where he helped to establish the company as a category leader in the cloud management market, tripled top-line growth, and integrated two acquisitions into the product portfolio.
Based in Boston, Grant began his career as a strategy consultant and holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
As COO, Alex is responsible for customer facing operations at IRONSCALES, including customer success, onboarding, implementation, and technical support. Prior to joining IRONSCALES, he served in customer success and support leadership positions at VMware and AirWatch, as well as a technical role at Home Depot. Alex holds an engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Alex lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife Alyse and their 3 young children. As a family, they enjoy Georgia Tech football games, spending time with friends/neighbors, and actively serving the Lord and the local community. “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
Julia Blachman, Head of Global HR, is responsible for creating and managing the IRONSCALES global people strategy with an emphasis on efficient process, performance improvement, and a thriving, healthy people experience. Julia is focused on cross functional partnerships by building an internal brand that threads the IRONSCALES guiding principles throughout each policy, program, and everyday life of each Scaler.
With a background in hospitality and a passion for people, Julia has dedicated her career to building positive and supportive environments and leads with empathy and integrity. She has demonstrated her deep understanding of what people need to be successful by creating professional development programs and engaging people programs. She has a deep commitment to growing an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Lomy Ovadia brings more than 20 years of software engineering experience to his role as Vice President of R&D. Prior to IRONSCALES, Lomy served as Java team lead at Nielsen Marketing Cloud, Subscriber Management Platform team leader at Allot Communications, and group manager at Converse. Earlier in his career, Lomy worked as a server-side programmer with Elbit Systems and Tundo Communications. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Technion Institute of Technology in Israel.
David Habusha leads IRONSCALES’ product management team. Directly prior to joining IRONSCALES, Habusha served as Vice President of Product at WhiteSource. David is a startup mentor and frequently writes articles and speaks about cybersecurity.
With over a decade of experience in the high-tech industry, David is currently serving as the Head of Product Management at IRONSCALES.
With a unique set of skills acquired from his experience in a wide range of industries, David brings a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product development. He is recognized for his deep understanding of the industry, strategic vision, and ability to manage teams that drive results.
David earned his Master's degree in Counter-Terrorism and Security from Reichman University.
In his free time, David enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming, as well as spending time with his family.
